"Color Me Bears"

Wow! What a day... Today was our Cotton Pickin' Quilter's Social Network day (9:30 am to 9:30 pm), the group had a great day working together assembling the "Color Me Bears." We cut, colored, sewed, stuffed, sewed and sewed some more for a working total of  70 charity bears.

There are a few of the 70 that still need final touches, but what a great total.

We have the best group of Cotton Pickin' Quilter's in Texas! Ladies and Guys working together to provide for our community. Thank you for all your work.

Vera Rogers is in Alaska. When she returns we'll get a picture with her and the bears for the Woman's Auxiliary.  She will be excited and probably overwhelmed.

Our studio will continue to accept "Color Me Bears." If you are working on or know someone who is, just have them drop them off at the studio and we'll pass them on. In September the pattern will be available on our website.
